Our Mission

The APFM is currently carrying out its activities thanks to the in-kind contributions of the World Meteorological Organization and the Global Water Partnership.

Besides the financial support of countries like Japan (Phases I to III), the Netherlands (Phases I and II), Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, Mexico and USAID (Phase III), since Phase IV a new business model is being implemented, combining in-kind contributions with the submission of project proposals or expert services to major financial partners, and core funding to support and ensure the continuity of service delivery through the IFM HelpDesk.
